Student-Created Content

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Termination of Access

soilaivilya reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, including academic dishonesty, harassment of other users, or attempts to circumvent platform security measures. Account termination may result in loss of access to course materials and forfeiture of fees paid.

Appeal Process

Students facing account restrictions or termination may request a formal review by submitting a written appeal within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by our academic standards committee and decisions are communicated within 14 business days.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Quebec Arbitration Association. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of Quebec.
